Main Set:  

5 rounds of following performed as a Superset (one movement right after the other)

6-8 reps OH Press @ 80% of 5 rep max

8-10 Pull ups Strict (try using the bands to assist, the thinner the band, the less help you will receive) Ensure negative decent. CD: YOGA - YOGA
