Thursday (1/28):

Warm-up:

2 Rounds of-

200 M Row Sprint

10 V-Ball Transfers (Down + Back =1)

15 Inchworms

30 Stability Ball Crunches


Then,

5 rounds of each SUPERSET of the following:

6-8 Unilateral Bent Rows R 25/35

6-8 Unilateral Bent Rows L 25/35

Followed immediately by,

12-15 Stability Ball Read Delt Raises 10/15lbs each, slow decent

Rest 1-2 mins between each superset; avoid resting in between Rows & Rear Delts


Cool Down: YOGA
