Then 2 rounds: 10 Glute Bridges 10 Inchworms 15 Kettle Bell Swings 25/35

Main Set:  

3 rounds of following performed as a Superset (one movement right after the other)

6 reps OH Press @ 80% of 5 rep max

8-10 Chin Ups with negative decent (try using the bands to assist, the thinner the band, the less help you will receive) Then,

3 rounds of the following performed as a Superset (one movement right after the other)

6 reps Front Squats @ 80% of 5 rep max

20 Weighted Glute Bridges 15/20 each

CD: YOGA
